1. Liability
 
Cartera is not liable and does not accept liability for any losses, damages, administrative inconvenience or disappointment arising by this website or any website linked to or from this website or any problem in relation to the products sold on this website.
 
Cartera will endeavour to ensure customers are happy and satisfied with products and services provided on this website.
 
Cartera reserves the right to refuse any order without giving reason.
 
Cartera may make changes to the site, the products and their price from time to time.  Cartera will attempt to display all changes on the website as soon as reasonably possible.

2. Prices
 
All prices displayed on this site are set out inclusive of all costs except for shipping costs. Additional shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and all charges will be in this currency for all payment methods.

3. Security
 
Cartera currently accepts payments only by bank transfers and by credit card through Paypal. Cartera does not hold a merchant account and do not take credit card payments on the website. All credit card payments are directed to Paypal to be processed through a secure connection.

Whether you hold an account with Paypal or not, Paypal will be processing your payment through a secure encrypted connection. No data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about payments through Paypal, please refer to the Paypal Security Centre on the Paypal website.
 
Cartera is hosted by Shopify.  Cartera does not store credit card details. Being a Shopify store, Cartera has an industry standard 128 bit SSL encrypted checkout to protect your private data.  For more information about information transferred through Shopify stores, please refer to the Shopify website at http://www.shopify.com.
 
4. Orders, Cancellations and Delivery
 
Your order placement will be acknowledged by e-mail upon receipt and will endeavour to complete your order as soon as reasonably possible. Order confirmations, notifications and updates will be sent by email to the email address designated by you. Cartera is not responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses and/or failure to receive update information regarding your orders for any reason beyond Cartera's control.
 
Cartera shall not be liable when performance is affected in any way by any circumstances or causes beyond Cartera's reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled by Cartera or by you, payment will be refunded in full. If cancellation is notified before goods have been dispatched, Cartera can make arrangements to cancel the order and the paid amount (items plus shipping) will be refunded in full. If items have been dispatched by the time cancellation is requested, Cartera reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or to charge a cancellation fee.
 
Delivery methods and costs may vary from time to time. Changes will be displayed on the website as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery times provided by Cartera are based on delivery providers’ advice. Cartera is not liable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Cartera is not responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. 

Items shipped internationally may incur charges such as customs duties and import tax which are out of Cartera's control. All additional fees, duties and taxes are payable by the customer. The shipping rates quoted on this website do not include customs fees,import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you are not sure, you might want to check with your local customs office if any fees are payable.
 
When you place an order you warrant to Cartera that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 
 
 
5. Goods
 
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods and notifying Cartera of any fault within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
 
Cartera endeavours to portray products accurately, but cannot guarantee the products you receive are identical to the images and/or descriptions of the product on the website.
 
Information provided about the products is given to Cartera by its suppliers. Inaccuracies in the items’ descriptions are not responsibility of Cartera although every effort is made to display products accurately. Any warranties displayed on the website are the warranties provided by the manufacturer and not by Cartera.
 
Cartera does not accept liability for loss or damages to any person or any personal belongings as a result of use, misuse or abuse of products sold on this website.
 
All products you buy at Cartera are prone to deterioration due to wear and tear over time. You assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any products you purchase from Cartera that were not faulty at the time of delivery to you or were not returned to Cartera as per Cartera's Return and Exchange Policy.
 
6. Returns and Exchanges
 
Cartera has a 30 day refund policy. In the unlikely event of you not liking the product or the product being faulty, Cartera will accept return of the product and give a 100% refund on the cost of the item purchased (shipping cost is not refundable). You will have to pay for the shipping to return the goods.

Cartera can only refund payments for goods that were faulty before delivery or goods that are in perfect condition but you just want to return. Payment will not be refunded when product has been damaged during or after delivery.
 
In order to obtain refund within 30 days of purchase, goods must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to you by Cartera.

For return of products claimed to be faulty, Cartera will determine whether the product was faulty before delivery. It is unlikely you receive a faulty product as all deliveries are thoroughly checked before shipping.
 
To return goods to Cartera, you will need to complete the Return Slip that is sent to you with your purchased product and follow the process described in our Return and Exchange Policy. Cartera will issue a refund upon receipt of the goods.
 
Exchanges are processed as a return and a subsequent new sale, so please return the product as per the procedure described in the Return policy and then place and pay for a new order.
 
7. Privacy and collection of information
 
Cartera collects and has access to both personal and anonymous or statistical information. Check Cartera's Privacy Policy for more information.
 
There may be changes to the Privacy Policy and changes will be displayed on this website as soon as reasonably possible.
